- A bug was found where passwords containing a double s (ss) could not be decrypted. Existing passwords cannot be fixed automatucally however new passwords using (ss) will be encypted and decrypted correctly. If a customer is having a problem logging in, simply use your admin "Edit Customer" screen to reset the password for the user.

Release 4.58: (Released 01/03/2010)
- New Update and Cron engine have been created. This release is to copy them over. Another release will follow to initiate the new system and remove the old update system. Cron location has changed and will need to be updated on all websites.

- ADDED: If user does not click RETURN TO STORE link on PayPal, order is not updated. Implemented PayPal IPN to capture the transaction.
- ADDED: If an order payment is not processed directly, we have no info to research off of. A new log table was added to capture conplete details of all payment transactions.
- FIXED: If customer has javascript disabled, cart does not force required fields. Added in database verification in addition to javascript verification.
- FIXED: USPS shipping is not updating the amount when other options are chosen. This was releated to the addition of coupons. This affected all ship types and has now been fixed.
- FIXED: Due to DNS issues with the cartmd domain, admin home pages were disabled for a few days due to the update engine not being available. Code was implemented to show the admin home page even if update engine is not available.

- FIXED: Some PayPal orders are erroring out on the final step but payment was made. No order email was recieved.

- FIXED: When a shared option is changed, it does not change on all products that are attached to it. We also fixed all prior options as well so you wont have to go back and do anything.

- FIXED: On some web hosts, the cart began running extremly slow after the last release. After research, it was discovered CPanel servers installed a new PHP release on the servers. CartMD utilized the domain name to connect to mysql. We updated this to localhost and all of the carts began running more efficiently.

Release 4.01: (Released 11/01/2008)
- CartMD Beta released for testing. Features include the new CartMD Engine. Instead of having thousands of lines of code on every page, code is now universlaized into an engine which is used thorughout the cart. Update engine has been created. The update engine will allow site owners to update their carts with the touch of a button. When new updates are made to the cart and when new features are added, simply hit the update button and get your updates free of charge installed for you automatically.
